All applications for the UQ Ochsner program are handled by MedEdPath, the US representative of the UQ School of Medicine. In order to secure an interview, we recommend that interested students submit their applications as early as possible.
In addition to the standard premedical course requirements completed by US Premedical students (e.g. 1 year Biological Sciences, 1 year General Chemistry, 1 year Organic Chemistry, 1 year Physics) UQ highly recommends the following prerequisite courses:

Interviews are conducted beginning in February 2019 and are held at Ochsner Clinical School in New Orleans, LA. Applicants invited for an interview may select an interview on-site or via video conference.
Applications will be assessed for interview eligibility. Applicants who meet minimum standards will receive an invitation to interview.
